Kalvin and Malinda very friendly and helpful. It didn't take long and the food came out hot. It's fast food at an airport. The food achieved expectations, but the staff were exceptional

The worst experience of travel through RVA was waiting a full hour, getting the order wrong. Saw people having to board and abandon their orders. Not sure where they find such incompetent workers but the bottom of the barrel has a new low.

Just an average fast food spot. I was super hungry before my flight and needed a quick bite. I am not sure if I would go here again, maybe If I was on a time crunch and needed to eat something. The airport doesn't have much to offer so if you are hungry and the other place aren't giving you the greatest vibes you can try this out. It isn't too bad but I have had better.

If I could give this place a 0 I would in a heartbeat. The price was absolutely ridiculous for such poor quality of food and service. The French fries were the best tasting and even then that was only mediocre. The burger was bland to the point the lettuce tasted better. The chicken fingers were so crispy you could barely bite into them. The onion rings we got tasted like they were over done and way too greasy, you shouldn't be able to only taste grease. This place is terrible and you shouldn't even consider eating here.

Shame on you! At airport and had to grab food before flight. Was happy to see Cheeseburger. But only serving breakfast! Stop serving it! It was crap!
